LICENSE

This license is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between Algorithmic
Solutions Software GmbH ("AlgoSol"), Schützenstraße 3-5, 
66123 Saarbrücken, Germany, and the licensee ("Licensee"). 
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany.

"Software" means:

    --  SweepX/include/SoX/sweep_curves.h,
    --  SweepX/include/SoX/Gen_polygon_2.h
    --  SweepX/include/SoX/IO/Gen_polygon_2_Window_stream.h
    --  SweepX/include/SoX/IO/Gen_polygon_2_iostream.h
    --  SweepX/include/SoX/Curve_polygon_2.h
    --  SweepX/include/SoX/IO/Curve_polygon_2_Window_stream.h
    --  SweepX/include/SoX/IO/Curve_polygon_2_iostream.h


Licensee may use the Software only if he/she accepts the following terms.

 1. By installing the Software, Licensee indicates that he/she has read
    and understands the Agreement and agrees to be bound by all terms and
    conditions herein.

 2. If this Agreement is unacceptable to Licensee, Licensee must destroy
    any copies of the Software in his/her possession.

 3. Licensee is granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to
    install the Software. Any copies of the Software should be complete 
    copies including any copyright notices.

 4. No distribution of the Software is to be made by the Licensee. 

 5. The use of the Software is restricted to pure academic use:

     --  Licensee has not the right to use the Software as commercial 
         institution as well as to commercially use the Software. 
         Commercial institution is defined to be any company or 
         organization with profit interest, commercial use is defined 
         as any use within a commercial institution, any use with profit
         interest or any use within a cooperation of two or more parties
         with at least one party having a profit interest or being a 
         commercial institution.

     --  Licensee has the right to use the Software for all non-
         commercial purposes (research, teaching, projects, courses and 
         application development).

 6. The Licensee acknowledges that Software furnished hereunder is under 
    test and may be defective. No claims whatsoever can be made on AlgoSol 
    based on any expectation about the Software.

 7. This Agreement is effective unless terminated as follows:

     --  The Licensee may terminate this Agreement at any time by 
         destroying all copies of the Software in his/her possession.

     --  If the Licensee fails to comply with any term of this Agreement, 
         this Agreement is terminated and the Licensee has no further 
         right to use the Software.

     --  On termination, the Licensee shall have no claim on or arising 
         from the Software. The Software and any copies shall be destroyed.

 8. The Software is licensed to the Licensee on an "AS IS" basis. The 
    Licensee is solely responsible for determining the suitability of the 
    Software and accepts full responsibility and risks associated with the 
    use of the Software.

 9. AlgoSol is not obliged to provide maintenance or support to the Licensee.

10. In no event will AlgoSol be liable for any damages, including but not
    limited to any loss of revenue, profit, or data, however caused, 
    directly or indirectly, by the Software or by this Agreement.
