Results: Contrast Mapping and Contrast Histogram Equalization

Each example on this page contains three images: an image on the left is a result of a linear scaling of luminance in the logarithmic domain; an image in the center is obtained by contrast mapping with the scaling factor l=0.4; an image on the right is a result of contrast histogram equalization. Refer to the paper for more details.
