Contact points at the Institute
Your supervisor or your director
If you experienced inappropriate behaviour at your workplace, or have been witness to such, your supervisor and your director can be a first point of contact. They are, even by law, obliged to protect you and your colleagues from such behaviour.
If, for whatever reason, you do not want to talk to them, there are other points of contact at the institute (see below). These colleagues will treat your questions or complaint with every confidentiality and will not iniate a official complaint unless you want them to.
